HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Q. Do you have a minimum order dollar amount? 

A. 1) Start an order, register or login to start an order.  2) Add some of your favorite products to cart. 3) Then checkout and schedule a

A. Yes. Our minimum delivery amount is $100

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept cash ($USD) on delivery. Please be aware that our drivers do not cash or products for sale. Exact change is appreciated.

Q. If I forget to order something can I add additional products to my order when the driver arrives?

A. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched for delivery no changes are allowed. You will need to place a new order the additional items.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

A: Currently we accept CASH only in US dollars. We do not accept outdated U.S. currency missing security features.

Q: Something came up… How do I reschedule or cancel a confirmed order?

A: If you need to reschedule or cancel a delivery please send a TEXT message to us at (718) 451-6236. Please include order # and. We will reply as soon as possible to reschedule delivery or confirm the cancellation.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final for flower and concentrates. But we will replace all damaged products if returned unused and in its original packaging. 

Q: What if I made a mistake with my order?

A. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched for delivery no changes are allowed. As our drivers do not carry excess product you’ll need to place a new order the additional items.

Q: What if my order is not correct when delivered?

A: If we make a mistake when filling your order we will do everything in our power to correct the mistake as soon as possible.

Q. What is the difference between the different flower categories on your menu?

A. While our flower stock comprises premium top-shelf strains, cultivated in California, including glasshouse varieties and high-quality mid-grade strains. Generally, Marijuana quality grades are often categorized into three main tiers:

Top Shelf/High Quality:

Known as the premium grade, top shelf cannabis boasts the highest quality in terms of potency, flavor, and appearance. These strains are meticulously cultivated, carefully harvested, and typically command higher prices.

Mid-Grade/Mid-Quality:

This category represents cannabis of moderate quality. It's a balance between affordability and potency, appealing to a broader market. While not as premium as top shelf, mid-grade strains still offer a satisfying experience.

Low Grade/Bottom Shelf:

Bottom shelf cannabis is considered the least potent or flavorful. It may have a lower THC content or less appealing aesthetics. Often more budget-friendly, it's suitable for those looking for a basic, cost-effective option.

EDIBLES

Q: How much of an edible should I eat?

A: Start with a low dose, around 5-10mg of THC, especially if you're new to edibles or have a low tolerance. Pay attention to the product label for potency information. Wait at least 30 minutes to 2 hours before considering more, as edibles take time to take effect. Avoid combining with alcohol or other substances, and stay hydrated. If uncertain, consult a healthcare professional or a knowledgeable budtender. Remember, individual responses vary, so start low, go slow, and be patient.

VAPE CARTS

Q: What’s the difference between a real and a bootleg cart?

A: A real vape cart is a legitimate product from a licensed and regulated cannabis dispensary, meeting safety standards and containing tested, quality ingredients. Always purchase from reputable sources to ensure the authenticity and safety of the product.


Q: My cartridge isn’t working, what do I do now?

A: Not every battery works with every cartridge, so it’s important to to test the cartridge with multiple batteries to see if it’s a battery issue or a cartridge issue.

Suggestion: check the connection because sometimes a cartridge may leak a little and therefore won’t connect with the battery.

Quick Fix – use a Q-tip swab with a little rubbing alcohol to clean off the connection completely, then retry

Q: I’ve cleaned off the connection and tried my cartridge with multiple batteries and it still doesn’t work. What
else can I do to fix this problem?

A: If you tried to troubleshoot the cartridge and it still doesn’t work you can contact us and ask for an exchange. We will arrange to replace the cart the next time we meet. Please return the bad cart in the original packaging.

If the battery still won’t turn after charging, or it has a faulty charger, just reach out to us and we will replace the defective battery the next time we meet.
